About The Position

NantHealth is seeking a part-time Billing Coordinator to support the AllPayer line of business. The individual in this role will be trained on and responsible for managing current workflows that enable and support subscribers. This position will play a key role in handling existing manual processes, allowing the broader team to focus on growth and expansion initiatives, while also gaining valuable knowledge of the AllPayer platform and NantHealth operations. This is a remote position, requiring availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field, actively pursuing completion of a bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams, as well as related platforms such as Salesforce and similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the billing inbox, ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries
  • Follow up on cancellation requests and process accordingly
  • Assist users requesting invoices
  • Support users with updating payment information
  • Manage involuntary cancellations due to payment issues
  • Proactively contact users to update payment details and maintain active service
  • Ensure NaviNet permissions and services are appropriately deactivated when required
  • Reinstate user accounts and restore NaviNet permissions/services as needed
  • Manage and follow up on voluntary cancellations
  • Engage with users to gather feedback for voluntary cancellations
  • Support win-back to retain and re-engage users
  • Identify and execute upselling opportunities
  • Engage legacy subscription users to transition to updated packages
  • Review Basic and Premium tier customers to identify opportunities for upgrade to higher subscription levels
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
