As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to support timely premium collection, accuracy of account balances, and compliance in non-payment cancellation workflows. The Billing & Collections Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate receivables, collecting outstanding premium, and supporting the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines. This position works closely with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to ensure accounts remain current and cancellation timelines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in business
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Support timely premium collection
• Ensure accuracy of account balances
• Manage compliance in non-payment cancellation workflows
• Maintain accurate receivables
• Collect outstanding premium
• Support the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines
• Work closely with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to ensure accounts remain current and cancellation timelines are met
