About The Position

United Risk is a global property and casualty insurance underwriting and distribution platform and a growing, multi-line Managing General Agency partnering with carriers and agents nationwide. The Billing & Collections Specialist supports timely premium collection, accurate account balances, and compliance with non-payment cancellation workflows across multiple states and product lines. The role works closely with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to keep accounts current and ensure cancellation timelines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support timely collection of outstanding premiums.
• Maintain accurate receivables and account balances.
• Support the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines.
• Help ensure cancellation timelines are met.
• Work with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to keep accounts current.
