About The Position

Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Billing Clerk for our corporate accounting office. This is a full-time opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and ready to learn a long-term career in dealership accounting. No dealership experience required—we will train the right person.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Automotive billing experience 1 year preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software programs.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks by importance.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced accounting office.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Accounting or dealership experience is helpful but not required
• Tekion experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and post vehicle deals
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Track contracts and receivables
• Help correct billing and documentation issues
• Support daily accounting and reporting tasks
• Work closely with managers and the accounting team
