The position requires intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with 10-key data entry and AS400/TMW. The clerk must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm, communicate fluently in English, possess strong organizational and mathematical skills, and be detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. The work environment is an office setting with moderate noise, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and working on dual computer monitors. Remote work is only permitted under specific circumstances; otherwise, the position requires on-site presence for tasks such as indexing, printing, scanning, and uploading documentation.
