About The Position

As the Billing Analyst for our Fire and Safety division your responsibilities include: Access/Analyze completion reports & vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics AX Verify information in 3rdparty websites Review & verify invoices for accuracy, completion, pricing, billing requirements & customer contracts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and strong Excel skills is required

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree or specialized training/experience in Science, Fire Science, or Business Administration is preferred
• Previous experience working in the fire protection and life safety industry a strong plus.
• Previous billing, Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365, Excel, customer service preferred
