About The Position

We are seeking a Billing Analyst based in Knoxville, Tennessee to support MyVenue Finance team. The Billing Analyst is to manage accurate and timely billing for our US and international customers. You’ll work across different billing models, systems, and entities while helping improve and streamline our processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to improve processes through automation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Manage regular billing cycles for US and international customers, including fixed and variable fees.
• Maintain and improve billing processes across Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel workflows.
• Review billing accuracy by reconciling customer usage, add-ons, integrations, and contracts.
• Investigate billing issues, support tax compliance, and work with teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
