Position Summary The Billing & Administrative Support Specialist will assist with billing-related tasks, documentation review, communication, and administrative coordination. While prior medical billing experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with billing preparation and follow-up
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy

  • Help coordinate billing-related deadlines and workflows
  • Track tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
