About The Position

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, located in Groveport, OH. The role involves 20% travel throughout OH, IN, PA, IL, MI, KY, and TN. The Recruiter will work with their team to brainstorm and attract candidates, utilize marketing skills for postings and social media, conduct interviews, build candidate pipelines, and manage order fulfillment. Responsibilities also include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Ability to travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates.
