About The Position

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with 20% travel required in Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. The role focuses on changing lives by finding great people to work and impacting order fulfillment. The recruiter will use creative thinking, marketing skills, and interviewing techniques to attract and place candidates. Responsibilities include managing drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get candidates to work.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• 20% travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
