About The Position

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with 20% travel throughout OH, IN, PA, IL, MI, KY and TN. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by finding great people to work. This is not a remote or hybrid position; it is an in-office role.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Able to Travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires
