About The Position
Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Talent Advisor (English/Spanish) for a full-time, permanent internal position. The role offers an opportunity to build a career in staffing and workforce solutions, drawing on sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, communicates effectively, and enjoys building relationships with clients, candidates, and employees in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Advisor delivers bilingual customer service, recruits and onboards candidates, matches talent to client needs, and maintains relationships with clients and temporary associates. The role also includes sales and business development, client visits, branch administration, employee coaching and retention support, and resolving concerns. The position requires at least one year of sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, bilingual fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or business development experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed.
- Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude.

- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Skills in customer service, recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, business development, relationship management, lead generation, account management, interviewing, human resources, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service to clients and temporary employees in English and Spanish.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
- Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary associates.
- Conduct follow-up calls to support employee satisfaction and successful placements.
- Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding.
- Generate and develop business opportunities through sales and networking.
- Conduct client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships.
- Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
- Support branch operations with administrative and data entry tasks.
- Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention.
- Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to revenue goals.
