The bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring roles within the distribution centres across Canada, as well as, keeping up to date on legislation that impacts recruiting. This role is responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to allow the business to achieve its company goals and objectives. As the first point of contact, this role provides a professional, welcoming, and informative candidate experience that reflects the company values. This position is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, requiring three days onsite and two days of remote work.
