About The Position

The Bilingual Supply Planning Analyst supports supply planning by entering demand into the rolling plan system accurately and on time, monitoring factory production and shipping status, and managing incoming and production plans. The role also leads the monthly 13+9 forecast summary and oversees control of abnormal and overstock materials. The position requires proficiency in English and Mandarin and involves coordination across functions in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management; more experience may be required for senior positions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
