About The Position

Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Spanish-speaking Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team on a part-time basis in an outpatient setting. The role supports a growing patient population and is suited to a provider passionate about urology and collaborative, patient-centered care. Providers deliver specialty care in English and Spanish, assist urologists, and work closely with physicians, other NPs/PAs, and support staff. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted state license.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of urology experience is preferred; strong and motivated candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct care and culturally competent communication in English and Spanish.
• Assist urologists with outpatient procedures as needed.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory tests, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, fellow NPs/PAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
• Stay current with urology best practices and clinical advancements.
