About The Position
Senior Health Solutions has a Bilingual Sales Representative (Medicare Health, Life, & Supplemental Insurance) position opening. This role is a 100% in-office position located in St. Charles, MO. The income potential for the first year is $75,000 - $100,000+, with a pay structure that includes weekly pay plus monthly performance bonuses for qualifiers. Training is provided and paid, starting in January 2027. We are seeking a driven, dual-lingual communicator to join our local team as an In-Office Bilingual Spanish/English Sales Representative. In this role, you will work directly from our St. Charles office as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their Medicare Health, Life, and Supplemental Insurance options. No prior insurance background is required; the company provides completely paid training, and covers practice tests and official licensing exam fees.
Requirements
- Ability to commute daily to our St. Charles office location; this is a structured, on-site role (no remote or hybrid options).
- Complete fluency in both Spanish and English across all communication channels (verbal and written).
- Good overall computer proficiency and the native ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Strong multitasking capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Active health/life insurance license OR the ability to study for and pass the state exam. (Company covers all testing costs).
Responsibilities
- Work daily from our professional office environment to connect with clients fluently in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Manage client profiles and active enrollments simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilize desktop computer setups, modern CRM databases, and specialized insurance software to track leads and log applications accurately.
