About The Position

Credit Union of New Jersey is looking for a motivated and member-focused Bilingual (Spanish/English) Contact Center Representative to join their team. This role involves helping members manage their finances by answering inbound calls regarding account questions, loans, and cards, assisting with balances, transfers, and payments, resolving issues, researching account discrepancies, and recommending suitable products and services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent member service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members regarding account questions, loans, and cards
