Requirements

  • 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
  • Proven sales and outside calling skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with regular travel commitments.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
