About The Position

We are hiring multiple entry-level representatives for two departments, seeking individuals fluent in both Spanish and English who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the auto-finance industry. Candidates should be open to either the Customer Accounts Representative or Customer Care Representative role. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for cross-training and career advancement.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow.

Nice To Haves

  • Call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments.
  • Help customers with payment setups, auto-pay enrollment, and account updates.
  • Assist with password resets or login issues.
  • Take inbound calls and support customers with account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login help.
