About The Position

Exploria Resorts is seeking Front-Line Sales Representatives to join their fastest-growing sales team. This role involves conducting face-to-face presentations in the sales center to sell vacation ownership. The company provides qualified leads, industry-leading training, and opportunities for growth and advancement. Exploria Resorts has been serving the vacation ownership and hospitality industry for over 25 years.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of prior face-to-face sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • A Florida Real Estate license is highly preferred.
  • Face-to-face timeshare sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Offering and selling the Exploria Resort experience to guests.
  • Update and provide various sales options to Club Exploria Resort members.
  • Show the advantage of becoming a Club Exploria Owner.
  • Build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company.
  • Discover and uncover the needs and interests of guests.
  • Overcome guest objections & meet sales standards.
  • Follow Exploria Resorts' front-line sales process to execute a sales presentation.
  • Display professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • All other duties assigned by management.
