About The Position

Primacorp Ventures is seeking a Bilingual Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment across Canada. This role is responsible for identifying top talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting recruitment strategies to meet business needs. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both official languages, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Requirements

Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. You must be comfortable conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing written correspondence in both languages.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong judgment and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

HR Certificate or Diploma, or relevant experience
Customer Service Experience
Strong computer literacy
Experience with SAP Applicant Tracking System
Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to act with tact, good judgement and discretion

Responsibilities

Screen candidates, including initial phone screens and present shortlisted candidates to Recruitment Business Partners.
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Build talent pools and talent pipelines for all roles.
Support Recruitment Business Partner on head hunting and passive sourcing strategies.
Support recruitment administration.
Support HR projects as delegated.
Additional tasks as assigned.
