About The Position

RBM is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide maternity leave coverage and serve as the primary HR resource for the team during this transition. This is a temporary role, approximately 3 months, with a full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will enjoy recruiting, supporting employees, solving problems, and partnering with leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Support employees and managers with HR questions, coaching, performance discussions, and employee relations matters.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR recordkeeping through ADP TotalSource.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
