Bilingual Sales Representative (Experienced)
About The Position
Sell Fiber. Get Paid on Every Deal. Grow With Chipr in Laredo. Laredo is one of Chipr's fastest growing markets, and we're adding experienced, bilingual reps who can close. This is a face-to-face sales role built for people who already know how to work a conversation, handle objections, and walk away with a deal. Carriers you'll represent include Omni, T-Mobile, and AT&T Fiber. Your days are spent in Laredo-area neighborhoods introducing homeowners to fiber, comparing plans and pricing, and closing on the spot. You'll keep your pipeline current in the tracking system and plug into daily, weekly, and monthly team training to sharpen your numbers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- A track record in sales
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Smartphone or tablet you can work from
Nice To Haves
- Experience in telecom, solar, car sales, insurance, pest control, or gym memberships
- Comfortable working with homeowners
