About The Position

Chipr is seeking experienced, bilingual sales representatives to join their growing team in Laredo. This is a face-to-face sales role focused on selling fiber internet services to homeowners. Representatives will introduce homeowners to fiber, compare plans and pricing, and close deals on the spot. The role involves maintaining a sales pipeline in a tracking system and participating in regular team training to improve performance. Chipr represents carriers such as Omni, T-Mobile, and AT&T Fiber.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• A track record in sales.
• Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone or tablet for work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in telecom, solar, car sales, insurance, pest control, or gym memberships.
• Comfortable working with homeowners.
• Proven ability to work a conversation, handle objections, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Introduce homeowners to fiber internet services in Laredo-area neighborhoods.
• Compare plans and pricing for various carriers.
• Close sales on the spot.
• Maintain a current sales pipeline in the tracking system.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team training.
