Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

  • Confidence speaking with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
  • A team-first mindset
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required.
  • Sales experience, customer service experience, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
  • We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow the dealership sales process
  • Assist customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
  • Build strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and daily activity
  • Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, market trends, and certifications
  • Work with sales leadership to create and execute monthly sales plans
  • Help grow market share through consistent prospecting and customer follow-up
  • Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross average, and monthly sales volume
  • Represent Don Ringler Chevrolet with professionalism, energy, and integrity
