About The Position

Join our dealership family as an Automotive Sales Consultant! We are looking for motivated, people-loving go-getters who can hold a conversation, hustle with heart, and show up ready to learn. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training. This role involves connecting with customers to understand their needs, conducting test drives, guiding them through the sales process, explaining financing and lease options, following up on leads, and managing paperwork. Staying updated on new models and industry trends is also key.

Requirements

  • No experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • A natural people person who enjoys helping others.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product knowledge.
  • Honest, ethical, and respectful towards all customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog) are a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and connect with customers to understand their needs, including budget, style, and preferences.
  • Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to driving off the lot.
  • Negotiate deals and explain financing, lease options, and insurance in clear terms.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Handle and accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including contracts, registrations, and finance applications.
  • Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and manufacturer updates.
