About The Position

Harr Auto Group's Business Development Center is seeking a bilingual Sales BDC Agent (English/Spanish) to be the engine behind their showroom traffic. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who thrives on the phone and offers real earning potential, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. The position is office-based and not a typical call center grind.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasker with solid computer skills

Nice To Haves

• CRM experience a plus, but we'll train the right person

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads
• Qualify customers on credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team
• Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences
• Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric)
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets
• Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills
