About The Position

Since 1979, Braswell & Son has been Arkansas’ premier destination for luxury handbags, estate jewelry, fine watches, and authenticated designer goods. We are a family-owned company with deep roots in the Little Rock community — and we’re growing. We recently expanded into the Nashville, Tennessee area. As our Spanish-speaking customer base continues to grow, we are looking for a bilingual Sales Associate who can deliver our signature luxury experience fluently and authentically in both English and Spanish. You will be the bridge between our brand and our Spanish-speaking customers — building trust, guiding purchases, and creating the kind of experience that brings people back. This is a relationship-driven sales role in a luxury retail environment unlike anything else in the market.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required — candidates must be able to speak, read, and write proficiently in both languages.
Ability to explain contracts, financing terms, and transaction details clearly and accurately in English.
Minimum 2 years of continuous sales, retail, or customer service experience with a single employer
A natural connector — someone who makes every customer feel genuinely welcome
Comfortable working with luxury goods, jewelry, handbags, or high-value items
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
Reliable, team-oriented, and consistent in your work history

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized service to English and Spanish-speaking customers

Guide customers through purchases, trades, and pawn transactions
