About The Position

The Automotive Bilingual Sales Associate is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers. This role aims to make customers feel welcome and supported throughout the car-purchasing process. We invite bilingual professionals with a passion for customer service, sales, and social media to join our team and bring exciting ideas to connect with customers in diverse and impactful ways!

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday.
Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing.
Strong customer service, communication skills, computer, and basic math skills.
Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment.
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership.
Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs.
Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
Appear in videos on Rosen Latino social media channels to share vehicles, special incentives and dealership events.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
