Under the direction of the EHS Manager, the Bilingual Safety and Operations Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering safety and operations training to promote a proactive safety culture and developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to ensure a safe and compliant food manufacturing environment. This position combines hands-on coaching with structured training and development programs that empower employees to take ownership of both personal and food safety. The role serves as a bridge between Operations, Health & Safety, and Training teams to align people, processes, and safety performance goals. Must be able to perform all duties in both English & Spanish at an intermediate to native level, including translating & interpreting as needed.
