About The Position

Mobily, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The role offers a base-plus-commission salary range of $25,000 to $50,000 per year, with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Mobily provides training, tools for success, and opportunities for advancement into leadership. A $500 new-hire bonus is offered, along with paid time off after 90 days, dental, health, and vision insurance, and company-paid life insurance.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
Strong social media presence preferred.
