About The Position
Mobily is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to provide customer service and sell AT&T products and services. The role offers base pay plus commission and training and tools for success, with potential for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities on behalf of AT&T. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events. Participation in scheduled events is a condition of employment, and reasonable notice will be provided.
Requirements
- Bilingual ability, as indicated by the role title.
- Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the work location.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Nice To Haves
- Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, needs-focused customer service.
- Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand professionally and courteously.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities.
- At events, engage with customers, represent AT&T products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with setup or breakdown.
