About The Position

Join our Retail team and become an expert in what we do by getting hands-on with the latest technology and helping customers. As a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant, you will guide customers to the right solutions while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience. This role offers endless possibilities for growth within a global company. You will be the face of our brand, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Meeting sales targets and earning commission is achieved with AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. You will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, be involved in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

  • Must be eligible for sign-on bonus (hired by AT&T for the location listed, not an internal employee).

  • Must be in good standing at the time of bonus payout.
  • Offer must be made by 04/30/2026 to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
