About The Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Part Time Retail Sales Consultant in Broomfield, Colorado. This role involves guiding customers to the right solution while delivering an exceptional AT&T experience. You will interact with customers daily using advanced bilingual fluency skills, maintain excellent customer experience, problem-solve, and go above and beyond. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You will meet sales targets and earn commission using AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. On the sales floor, you will use a consultative sales approach, be involved in the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role requires flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but comprehensive training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.
