About The Position
BeMobile is seeking bilingual Sales Partners who are passionate about technology and enjoy connecting with people. The role helps customers discover wireless and wired technology solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. Sales Partners build customer relationships, listen to needs, recommend suitable solutions, and provide exceptional service in both Spanish and English. The position offers a minimum of $20.00 per hour for the first 12 months under the Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually. The work location is 7344 Nolensville Rd, Ste 603, Nolensville, TN 37135. Schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, foster relationships, and listen to their needs.
- Recommend wireless and wired technology solutions that fit customers' needs and provide an exceptional experience.
- Communicate effectively and provide service to customers in both Spanish and English.
- Resolve customer challenges using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay informed about promotions, product launches, and service feature updates to provide relevant information and available deals.
- Work collaboratively with the team toward shared goals.
