About The Position

BeMobile is hiring a bilingual sales professional to help customers discover wireless and wired technology solutions. The role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, recommending relevant products and services, and providing exceptional service in both Spanish and English. Associates stay informed about promotions, product launches, and service updates while contributing to a collaborative, goal-oriented team. The Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00 per hour for the first 12 months, in addition to unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000 or more last year, with top performers earning more than $100,000 annually. BeMobile provides sales training, mentorship, development opportunities, and team events. Work schedules are provided at least four weeks in advance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required; candidates must communicate effectively and provide customer service in both languages.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
