About The Position

The Bilingual Replacement Rental Representative provides day-to-day account support serving as a liaison between branch personnel and insurance adjusters in their assigned area. This position focuses on providing excellent service to maintain strong relationships with accounts, support insurance replacement rental goals, improve customer service, reduce costs, and increase business. This full-time position is a work from home opportunity with a schedule of Monday–Friday with a start time from 7:00am-8:00am CT. The pay for this position is $18.90/hr. Enterprise Mobility’s Support Services teams are responsible for Global Call Center Operations, Replacement Rental Services Support, Information Management, Customer Service Metric Programs, North American Roadside Assistance, Sales Support, Mobility Development and Technical Support Helpdesks. This team consists of over 4,000 customer service professionals, support staff and management around the globe in 15 different countries with 70+ million customer contacts handled annually.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have completed a High School diploma or GED
Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
Must have at least one year of customer service experience working in a performance driven environment
Must be fluent in French and English
Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions from any background noise including but not limited to sounds from animal/pets, TVs, radios, and children or other adults in the home
Working from home is not designed or intended to be a replacement for appropriate adult or child dependent care
Must be able to attend virtual mandatory 4-week training
Must meet all Work from Home qualifications listed below
Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication
Must have a USB headset with microphone (computer is provided)
Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
Minimum 10 mbps upload and 100 mbps download
Satellite Internet, 5G home Internet/Cellular/Wi-Fi/Hotspot Services (T-Mobile, Verizon) connections are NOT supported

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day account support including reservation capture and branch follow up, callback procedure, adjuster/body shop calls, technology support, collections and direct adjuster and account interaction
Manage various types of replacement rental reservations, per established company standards, to ensure an excellent account and customer experience
Perform body shop and adjuster callbacks leveraging industry knowledge and experience to resolve customer, branch, and adjuster escalations
Navigate both internal and external technology systems simultaneously to solve complex issues
Execute accurate account billing, post rental invoicing, and remittance adjustments
Collaborate with accounts receivable team to ensure payments are collected timely
Manage system access and privacy of systems on behalf of the external account
Apply approved rental management workflows in the claims process management system with the goal of ensuring a positive impact to the bottom-line for impacted branches
Maintain on-going compliance knowledge of external carrier policies and procedures
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
