Ascend Staffing is hiring a part-time Bilingual Recruiting Assistant for our Hobbs branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and enjoys helping people. As a Bilingual Recruiting Assistant, you will support daily branch operations by assisting with applicant intake, data entry, front desk duties, customer service, and general office support. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish in order to assist applicants, employees, and visitors throughout the hiring and onboarding process. This position will work approximately 20–30 hours per week and has the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
