Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Good personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs (MS Word + Excel, email, etc.) effectively and efficiently.
  • Social media recruiting experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (over the phone and in person).
  • Record-keeping skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Good phone and instant message etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize urgent tasks as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of scheduling and planning.
  • Prior knowledge of email and calendar use.
  • Prior use of Microsoft Teams.
  • HR coaching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work.
  • Providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with general managers.
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring, conducting orientations, monitoring work performance, and placement of field employees using the company ATS system.
  • Actively utilizing multiple social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule appointments/interviews.
  • Working with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals.
  • Completing new hire paperwork of field employees.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all branch clients.
  • Participating in on-call rotation.
  • Answering phones and doing computer work simultaneously.
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring, conducting orientations, monitoring work performance, and placement of field employees using the company ATS system (training provided).
