Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing for specialized technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meetings through offer stage.
  • Source and recruit for technical and specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and keep recruitment processes moving forward.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines by continuously sourcing, engaging, and generating qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to increase efficiency, quality of hires, and overall hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
