Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter
About The Position
Ascend Staffing is hiring a part-time Bilingual Recruiter in the Romeoville, Illinois area. Recruiters recruit, interview, onboard, place, and manage field employees, and support day-to-day operations by providing customer service and maintaining daily in-person and phone contact with general managers who receive employees. The role includes using the company ATS, recruiting tools, social media platforms, and job boards; completing new-hire paperwork; and building relationships with clients. Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function. The listed pay rate is $20 per hour.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
- Good personal-computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Record-keeping skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Good phone and instant-message etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize urgent tasks as needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to answer phones and perform computer work at the same time.
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance.

Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, hire, orient, and place field employees, and monitor their work performance using the company ATS.
- Use social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to find candidates and schedule appointments and interviews.
- Work with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals.
- Complete new-hire paperwork for field employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with branch clients.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Provide customer service and maintain daily in-person and phone contact with general managers.
