About The Position
ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members for our NYC and Northeast Markets. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required. This is a Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at One Liberty Plaza, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10006. As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
Requirements
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required.
- Experience in a high-volume recruiting role.
- Experience supporting hiring for janitorial team members (or similar frontline roles).
- Experience in NYC and Northeast Markets.
- Ability to manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
