About The Position
This is a high-volume recruiting role supporting the hiring of janitorial team members primarily in the Phoenix Market. The Recruiter will be an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to ABM. This involves developing recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
Requirements
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
