About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter (French/English) to provide ad-hoc recruitment support for high-volume hiring needs across a variety of operational and frontline roles. This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys fast-paced recruitment environments, thrives on building strong candidate pipelines, and values flexible contract-based work. This is not a full-time position. Support will be engaged on an as-needed basis depending on hiring volumes and project demands.

Requirements

Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience recruiting for high-volume or operational roles
Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a contract/ad-hoc environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar
Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Responsibilities

Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles
Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various channels
Conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments in both French and English
Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Tracking recruitment activity and maintaining accurate candidate records
Supporting quick turnaround hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience
