About The Position

Westaff in Warwick, RI is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join their team. No two days are the same, with activities ranging from reviewing applications and interviewing candidates to conducting orientations and maintaining client relationships. The job requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to help others succeed.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates
Using sound judgment to identify qualified candidates for available positions
Matching associates with client expectations and job requirements
Conducting associate orientations and preparing employees for assignments
Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients
Documenting recruiting activities and employee information in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
