About The Position

Direct Mail Solutions (DMS), a full-service mail company in Richmond, VA, is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to manage full-cycle recruiting and help attract, hire, and retain top talent across all levels of employment. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing and evaluating candidates, extending offers, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The recruiter will also maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conduct turnover analysis, support workforce retention, and represent DMS at job fairs and recruiting events.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using social media and networking tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), internet searches, and email platforms
Detail-oriented with a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or production-oriented environment a plus
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and onboarding new hires.
Source and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit.
Extend offers and guide candidates through the final steps of the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct turnover analysis.
Support workforce retention by coordinating exit interviews when needed.
Represent DMS at job fairs and recruiting events.
