Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Previous staffing, recruiting, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates
- Using sound judgment to identify qualified candidates for available positions
- Matching associates with client expectations and job requirements
- Conducting associate orientations and preparing employees for assignments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients
- Documenting recruiting activities and employee information in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
