About The Position

This position serves as the patients' first point of contact, creating a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk. The role involves guiding patients through check-in, collecting accurate data, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient visit. The Bilingual Receptionist delivers high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model and advances organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes. The position also includes comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, a leading Electronic Medical Record system.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills
  • Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
  • CPR/Basic Life Support Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Receptionist experience in a health care setting
  • Customer service experience
  • Administrative experience
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience
