About The Position

As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees entering the corporate office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. The ideal candidate is personable, friendly, and highly organized with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong time management, patience, adaptability, and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Patient, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area at all times
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and office organization
  • Support internal teams with clerical and operational needs as assigned
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently throughout the day
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume environment
