This role serves as the patients' first point of contact, creating a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk. The Bilingual Receptionist will guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a smooth and efficient visit. This position delivers high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model and advances organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes. Comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, a leading Electronic Medical Record system, will be provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in computer skills
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Receptionist experience in a health care setting

• Administrative experience
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience
